• Background

As part of the international GFWC, the Woman’s Club of Pewaukee has been dedicated to community improvement through volunteer service and charitable giving since 1904. With more than 100 members, we are proud to support local organizations that embody the core Community Service Programs upon which our Club was founded. These service areas include:

Arts and Culture – creating projects to develop skills, appreciation and awareness of art and culture

The Environment – encouraging citizens to become better stewards of the earth by supporting beautification, preservation, cleanup and enrichment of natural resources and landscapes

Education and Libraries – promoting libraries, literacy and learning to foster the education of children and adults

Health and Wellness – raising awareness of and promoting nutrition, disease prevention and physical/emotional care

Civic Engagement and Outreach – fostering a sense of community to improve the quality of life

Domestic and Sexual Violence Awareness and Prevention – increasing awareness of and helping prevent domestic and sexual assault through education and support of existing programs for victims
