• The GFWC Woman’s Club of Pewaukee is a service organization dedicated to supporting a range of community groups that contribute to the quality of life for the Pewaukee area.  Through year-long volunteer efforts, it raises and distributes funds every year to approximately twenty organizations.  These groups support the arts, preserve natural resources, advance education, promote healthy life styles, encourage civic involvement and outreach, and help men, women and children in need.

    The deadline to apply for funds for 2022-2023 year will be APRIL 1, 2022.

    In order for us to meet our internal requirements no extensions will be granted.  Groups failing to file a request will not be eligible for any distribution.  Applications must include a specific amount being requested.


    2022 Fund Application Form

    It is not necessary that the form be used.  However – all information covered in the form must be part of your request for it to be considered.

    Note:  Groups that have received funds in prior years do not need to provide any information below the “amount of funds requested” line, with the exception of the bottom line.  All groups must have a signature (or facsimile), a title for the person signing the form,  and be dated.
